COMMON REQUESTS & LIMITS QUESTIONS

What counts as a request?
A request is any HTTP API call you create with API Monitoring in an API monitor.

What happens if I go over my request limit?
Request overages are billed at the following rates. Accumulated overages will be charged on your next scheduled payment date.

Small Plan: 70¢ per 1,000 requests
Medium Plan: 45¢ per 1,000 requests
Large Plan: 27¢ per 1,000 requests

COMMON BILLING QUESTIONS

What happens if my trial expires?
At the completion of your trial if you choose not to upgrade your account will be deactivated and your buckets and API monitors will be disabled. We will send you an email a few days before it expires to remind you to upgrade to keep your account active.

Can I pay with something other than a credit card (e.g. invoice, purchase order, wire transfer, check)?
Yep! Payments can be made via check or wire transfer when prepaying for 12 months of service in advance on Large and higher plans only. Contact us for more info.

Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely. All credit card information is transferred securely over SSL to our PCI-certified payments provider and is not stored in our servers or databases.
